SPOILERS from E!Online's Kristin
(Non-Chuck details removed)

Marcus in Miami: Any word on Gossip Girl next season?
The crazy-good news, though? Bluck or Chair or whatever you want to call them are so on. Apparently, the producers have noticed the crazy-good chemistry that lies within that naughty-by-nature duo, and there'll be much more of them ahead. I'm actually told they will be "the couple" moving forward. (Holler if you’re happy in the comments! I’ll meet you there.)

"The writers have identified their 'Ross and Rachel' of the series. The writers will be focusing on Blair and Chuck, who will retract their claws and learn to play nice."

As for Queen B, don’t feel too sorry—she’ll have another boy to keep her occupied all season long. “You’re not blind. You can see there’s chemistry [between Blair and Chuck],” Leighton Meester [Blair] told me while shooting her upcoming guest spot on HBO’s Entourage. “It’s cute. But I think this time around it might be different because the first time it was just like this drunken, passionate thing, and it just went away, like, the very next day. I don’t think Blair really wanted it, but maybe this time she does. Maybe she needs him. Maybe he completes her.”

Sally in Albuquerque, N.M.: OMG! Is it true someone is dying on Gossip Girl?! Tell me everything!
My infallible Magic 8 Ball says: Yes! It's happening in November, and I can tell you that the character who dies is male and that he is a third wheel whose death just might clear the way for a long-awaited couple to get together. I know you can figure this one out if you put your smart little noggins together in the comments section, so have at it, will ya?

Kim in Skye, Inner Hebrides, U.K.: Tell me something good about Chuck and Blair on Gossip Girl?
How about the fact that our girl Blair is going after her may-uhn?! Blair applies for membership at a tony NYC women's club, but after the ladies start talking smack about Chuck, Bart, Lily and Serena, Blair decides membership privileges are overrated. She defends Lily and Serena and announces, "Chuck Bass needs me!" And then promptly runs off to find him. Um...holler!

Marcus in Tucson, Ariz: What's the latest on Gossip Girl? I'm obsessed! You and me both! I'm hearing that our delicious and devilish Upper East Siders are getting a hot new teacher. A hot young new female teacher. And according to my source, she's going to create "lots of drama." I'm guessing one of the boys will be hot for this hot teacher, and my money's on Nate (Chace Crawford)! (You know he and Jenny won't last, right?) Anyhoo, they haven't cast this fine female yet, so...suggestions?

SPOILERS from iVillage/TVCocktail

Rumors have been swirling that someone on Gossip Girl will kick the bucket. Well, we here at TV Cocktail know exactly which character that will be. Want to know? Read on to the Spoiler Zone!
SpoilerZone.jpg

Let's start with some hints:

1. It might bring Serena and Dan closer together.

2. It could take Serena and Eric back to their old (season 1) life.

3. Two adults might reignite an old flame.

4. We're not sure how Chuck will react.

Okay, so it's pretty obvious. According to my Gossip Girl source, Chuck's dad, Bart Bass, will die. Apparently, Robert John Burke, the actor who plays Bart, has wanted to leave the show for some time. The original plan was to have him RIP before his wedding to Serena and Eric's mom, Lily van der Woodsen, however, the producers decided to drag it out a bit further.

So, will Lily and Rufus rekindle their love? Will their new closeness make things weird (again) for Serena and Dan? After this past week's episode, how will Serena and Eric feel? It almost looked like they started to accept their new family. And most of all, how will it affect Chuck? We know he doesn't have a good relationship with his dad, but this can't help Chuck's sanity levels, can it?

From Ask Ausiello:

Question: How about some Gossip Girl scoop? Maybe something on the possibility of Nate and Jenny being preggers. Please?? -- Liz

Ausiello: Can I interest you in something else? Old man Bart has a brother we never met, but that's about to change. His name is Jack, and here's the twist: Dude's only 30! (Apparently, Mom's dry spell started in the early 1900s and didn't end until almost 1980.)

From TVGuide:

A Gossip Funeral?
Oct 13, 2008 01:38 PM ET by Gina DiNunno

A death to come on Gossip Girl? OMG —say it ain't so!

While attending Mohegan Sun's Wind Casino celeb-filled grand opening this past weekend, we bumped into Jessica Szorh on the red carpet to got some shocking scoopage on what's to come for Vanessa and the Gossip gang.

"There's a lot going on," said Szorh. "There's a love triangle between Vanessa, Nate and Jenny, there's a funeral, and there's…" (cue our reporter gasping and cutting the starlet off for further explanation of this little "funeral" bombshell she so nonchalantly slipped in). "That's all I can say, we can't talk about it!"

She may have stayed mum on who kicks the bucket, but she did hint that as far as Vanessa's love life goes, Storz did coyly admitted "there's some flirtation with Chuck Bass coming up, but I think she still misses someone else."

Who do you think will be the one to die this season? I can't imagine any of the main kids getting off'ed so soon in the series, but then again, anything can happen in television.

From TVGuide (Print Edition)

Serena may be Queen Bee but the November 10 episode is all about Blair. Ms. Waldorf celebrates her birthday with a present to herself: pop star Cyndi Lauper. "One of Blair's favorit music videos was "Girls Just Want to Have Fun," says executive producer Stephanie Savage. "Cyndi doesn't perform, but we use a song from her new album." Wallace Shawn also guest stars as the new boyfriend of Blair's mom, Eleanor. Says savage, "He has a few tricks up his sleeve, and Blair is not a big fan."
