Channels here don't care
Shockingly the channel that airs NCIS & LA played the Hawaii crossover ep together with NCIS. But normally things like that they don't care about. I doubt the Organised Crime channel would care if it got SVU to air the episodes together either. I think that SVU's channel (which is also the NCIS one) only has rights to the current season so it is milking it
