They did a great job aging Janeway & Chakotay in that episode.

They also have some pretty good books. These books released by paramount and written by ex writers of the shows (and other writers too). They have decent sequesls for all the shows as books. And the voyagers mission doesn't end right there. It goes on with captain chakotay in the alpha quadrant first till the final borg invasion (without spoiling too much but more than 100 cubes) and later back and forth in delta and alpha quadrant after starfleet finally has stabilized the slipstream engine used by voyager in one episode.
