It was weird. When they first hear Francis calling out, he is the one the cocks his head to the side first, but he doesn't turn around the whole way, he just looks at Mary. I wish I could have seen at least one shot of his face, his reaction to his baby brother being so heartbroken.

Bree commented that we've slowed down, well it is only two Saturdays before Christmas, I'm sure lots of folks are concentrating on that. I know I got up and went to the farmers market this morning, as I do every Saturday, and it was dead there, hardly anyone at the various stalls. Since I got home I'm working on a story which is putting me through the emotional wringer.

On that front, is anyone a punctuation & tense nazi? I need a beta for this thing, it's a one-shot but it's going to be loooong, just to let anyone that might volunteer know what they're getting into. My weakness is punctuation, and I'm writing this in first tense which is not my normal style, and as such I'm sure there will be tense errors I'll need help cleaning up.
