Totally agree. Season 1 might still be my favorite season because there were more Cabe & Walter father&son moments. But Ice Ca-Cabes is still my favorite episode.


Different question: Was that the first real Walter and Cabe hug we got to see in "Foul Balls" or was there another one I can't remember right now?

I think that was the first hug. And then he put his arm around his neck.

S1 is my favorite season. But I do love the Ice Cacabes episode. I think this one just might be my favorite though!!!

In S1 I loved seeing them try to rebuild their relationship and how Cabe was there for Walter when Drew came back.

Gosh how can I forget, I love the episode with Cabes ex wife. That's another favorite. And their scenes in Dominoes the Christmas episode.

I live for those Walter/Cabe moments. That hug was epic, especially since there was none of Walter's usual hesitation with it. He is expanding the roster of people that he is comfortable with for physical contact. I think Cabe may have been on that list for some time - except that Cabe himself is not a hugging kind of guy, so there was little opportunity.

They bring out Robert's abilities, too. He really does a great job showing how hurt Cabe is - without getting super emotional about it.

I'm glad that this relationship stayed solid. If anyone can keep Walter from completely imploding over the break-ups of his team and his relationship, it's Cabe.

There is a fanfic on fanfiction.net by Pamz call Talk about being Awkward takes place 6 months after A Lie in the Sand it mentions Walter hires Allie to be Scorpion 2.0 Office manager so far we have had great post season 4 fanfics looking forward to more now that everyone is free to write the show like they want it to be

This isn't an official rule, Earnie, but since a lot of us read fanfic and can't always get around to it right when something is published, it would be nice if you didn't always spoil plots of fanfics in your posts. You can always just say that a certain fanfic addresses something similar to what we are talking about without going into detail.
