Depends. If she has a relationship with actors, start separate threads for them. If we can talk about the people and not the characters. If we can't really talk a full thread about the actors, just combine it in the character thread.
For Troian and Shane, it's them, but Spencer/Holden, PLUS Juliet/Romeo from their short together. If you DO combine threads, please post so I can update the guide. I just link to the same thread.  __________________
