I'm just thinking that it might be regular pancakes, but I could be wrong.

I thought Regina told Owen that she was going to make him an apple turnover. I don't remember if he told her about apple pancakes, lol.

After Ruby gave her the pancakes, was it Graham or Owen who interrupted her at the diner?
