Thanks for the pics of Morris and Charles. Are my eyes deceiving me or does the name on Charles' press pass say Bob Merrick? Hm, maybe they were all there together.

You're welcome.

Morris was there to promote his new TV show Legends.

I have no idea what Charles was doing at WonderCon. Not even his fansite has any information about Charles going to WonderCon to promote a TV show or something. So I guess he was just visiting/checking out. What I could find was a better quality picture.

But now that you mentioned his press pass card... It is definitely 'Bob Merrick' written on it. I remember that Bob said something about going to the WonderCon with Liz when he interviewed her. And Liz was interviewed by the man Charles is pictured with. So, I think you're right, maybe Charles was there with them.

Wondercon takes place in Anaheim, right? If I remember correctly, there have been a couple of Charles' sightings in that area over the years. Maybe he lives somewhere around there.

Lexa has scored another Leo Award nomination for her work on Continuum this year:

The Nominees for Best Supporting Performance by a Female
in a Dramatic Series are...

Andrea Menard (Blackstone - Burn Baby Burn)

Lexa Doig (Continuum - Split Sceond)

Luvia Petersen (Continuum - Second Listen)

Jennifer Spence (Continuum - Second Opinion)

Agam Darshi (Played - Poison)

Congrats to Lexa on the nomination! BTW, Continuum has scored a whooping 21 nominations this year. And I still haven't started to watch it. Oy. I really need to get around to doing it sometime. Bitten scored 3 nominations, but Laura was sadly not amongst the nominees. Greyston Holt, however, is.

Laura was a guest at the BritWeek Launch Party last week:

Yes, WonderCon is in Anaheim.

I really don't know where Charles lives. Always thought he lived in Los Angeles. I remember he once said in an interview when he was doing Desperate Housewives that he was finally able to afford a house and that he would buy a house in North Hollywood (a neighbourhood in LA). So maybe that's where he lives now.

Michael Trucco will be a guest star on the 2-hour season finale of Criminal Minds:

Quote:
2014 MAY FINALE SPOILER-RAMA!
CRIMINAL MINDS (CBS)

When to Watch: Wednesday, May 7 and Wednesday, May 14 at 9 p.m.
What to Expect: It’s a two-parter, baby! The BAU is called to Texas to consult on murders of prostitutes, things aren’t exactly as they seem when evidence points to religious overtones and something far more sinister. Look for life-threatening dangers and secrets from the past. Esai Morales returns as BAU Section Chief Mateo Cruz , while Michael Trucco and Brett Cullen also guest star.

I still remember Tricia Helfer's season finale guest spot on this show very fondly. It would be fantastic if Michael could get as meaty of a role to play.

And Laura has done a new ad for PETA:

Morena has been cast in the upcoming Lifetime miniseries The Red Tent:

Quote:
Lifetime Sets ‘The Red Tent’ Mini Starring Rebecca Ferguson, Minnie Driver & Morena Baccarin

Another bible-themed longform project is heading to the small screen. Lifetime is going into production with The Red Tent, a two-night miniseries adaptation of the best-selling novel by Anita Diamant published in 1997. The White Queen star Rebecca Ferguson, Minnie Driver (About A Boy) and Homeland alumna Morena Baccarin lead the cast of the four-hour mini, produced by Sony TV and executive produced by Paula Weinstein. Co-starring in the project, which begins production this month in Morocco, are Game Of Thrones‘ Iain Glen and Will Tudor as well as Debra Winger. The Red Tent tells the story of Dinah (Ferguson), the daughter of Leah and Jacob, who is only briefly referenced in the Old Testament. The miniseries begins with Dinah’s happy childhood spent inside the red tent where only the women of her tribe are allowed to gather and share the traditions and turmoil of ancient womanhood. Told through Dinah’s eyes, the mini recounts the story of her mothers Leah (Driver), Rachel (Baccarin), Zilpah and Bilhah, the four wives of Jacob (Glen), and his courtship of them. Dinah goes on to marry a prince and fall out with her murderous brother Joseph (Tudor). Winger portrays Rebecca, Jacob’s mother. “The Red Tent brings premium and popular elements to a unique and timeless story,” said Lifetime EVP Rob Sharenow. “It perfectly articulates our vision for Lifetime as the destination for epic movie events.” Lifetime recently shared with History and A&E the two-night miniseries Bonnie & Clyde. Roger Young (Law & Order) will direct The Red Tent from a script by Elizabeth Chandler (The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants) and Anne Meredith (Secrets of Eden).

The Red Tent mini has been in development at Lifetime since 2011. Its green light coincides with a great interest in longform TV project with biblical themes following the the blockbuster success of The Bible miniseries on Lifetime sibling History and its feature offshoot Son Of God. A Bible sequel is in the works at NBC, National Geographic Channel has mini Killing Jesus coming up, WGN America has greenlighted 10-part event series Ten Commandments, and Fox just put in development Nazareth, an event series about Jesus’ formative years.

Some more Morena casting news:

Quote:
‘Homeland’s Morena Baccarin Joins Paul Feig’s Melissa McCarthy Comedy ‘Spy’

Homeland‘s Morena Baccarin is going from her three-season run on the espionage drama to tangling with spies on the big screen. She’s been cast in Fox’s female comedy Spy, writer-director Paul Feig‘s next pic with Bridesmaids and The Heat star Melissa McCarthy. Baccarin, who last year was nominated for an Emmy for her work on Showtime’s Homeland, will play Karen Walker in the pic which has been slated for a Memorial Day 2015 release. Feig is also producing for his Feigco Entertainment banner alongside Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, and Jessie Henderson. Last week he added international stars Nargis Fakhri, Peter Serafinowicz, Bjorn Gustafsson, and Verka Serduchka to the cast, which also includes Jason Statham, Rose Byrne, Jude Law, Bobby Cannavale, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson and Miranda Hart. Filming began last month in Budapest.

Baccarin most recently wrapped filming on ABC’s medical drama pilot Warriors. She’s repped by UTA, Seven Summits Pictures, and Jackoway Tyerman.

Hopefully, this will be more than a short cameo because the cast definitely sounds great.

Morena is doing well. It's a shame that her ABC pilot didn't get picked up to series because it would have been great to see her play a lead again, but I don't think it will take her too long to get another regular gig soon.

Scott has become a father again:

Quote:
Scott Wolf and Wife Welcome Baby No. 3! Find Out Their Little Girl's Name

Scott Wolf is a dad the third time around!

The 45-year-old former Party of Five star and his wife Kelley welcomed a baby girl on Saturday, May 24, the actor's rep confirms to E! News. Their new daughter, who's adorably named Lucy Marie Wolf, arrived at 8:48 a.m. weighing in at 6 pounds and 13 ounces.

Scott and Kelley already have two other children, 5-year-old son Jackson Kayse and another boy, Miller William, who is 18 months old.

People first reported the baby news.

The couple has clearly been doing a lot to prep for their first daughter. Wolf tweeted a photo of a pink ball of laundry dryer lint the other day, writing, "Our first ball of pink lint. Here she comes..."

Scott and Kelley announced they were pregnant with their third child back in November 2013.

"Our two boys are pure magic and the light of our lives," they told E! News at the time. "So unbelievably happy that they get a little sister, and we get a baby girl. Can't stop smiling these days."

Congrats, you guys!
