Do we have any news about Mark signing a new contract with NCIS?
Based on what Gibbs' current storyline looks like, they are maybe already working on his exit plan, or on at least having him for less episodes...  Or it's just me, who thinks that Mark could be thinking about retiring or partially-retiring from NCIS __________________

And before this season his last day off was in s13, after the surgery when he went to California for a day...
It's going to be interesting to see Gibbs functioning outside of NCIS... __________________

I'm sure that he will manage... At least he has Lucy to keep him company, and it's good that he's willing to face things heads on instead of waiting for them to be thrown at him, when he doesn't expect it to be mentioned...
