A HEARTWARMING LOVE STORY ABOUT TWO PEOPLE.

Naomi Campbell and Emily Fitch. Mrs and Mrs Campbell. Their story begins with once upon a time and ends with they lived happily ever after. They've loved each other since they were twelve years old, and though it was love at first sight, they were both too scared to tell each other how they felt. So Naomi ran and Emily chased. Emily saw something in Naomi that no one else did and that was what made her keep loving and chasing Naomi after so many years. And no matter how hard Naomi tried to deny her feelings or how fast or far she ran, she always ended up back with Emily.

They were each others' first and last kisses and each others' first and only loves. It was only when Naomi stopped running that they could become something. It was only when Emily took a chance and kissed Naomi again, that their story really began. Emily kissed Naomi and Naomi ran again, but not for long, because she realized that her feelings weren't something that could be pushed aside and ignored. They made love by a lake, held hands through a cat-flap, kissed breathlessly against a row of lockers, and laid their souls bare at the Love Ball.

But that wasn't the end. Like all epic love stories, things were never simple. They spent the best summer of their lives together, but as the summer ended, so did their happiness, and slowly their relationship began to unravel. Emily kept giving and Naomi kept taking, until they tore each other apart. Emily became the runner and Naomi, the chaser. But no matter what happened, they couldn't stop loving each other and they couldn't stay away.

They fought and cried and stripped each other of everything until nothing was left but love. Real, true love. Their journey was perilous and heartbreaking and more than they could bear at times, but it was all worth it in the end. They couldn't have gotten there -- the end, where their story both ended and began anew -- without the journey. And like every fairytale, like every epic love story, their story ended and began with a kiss.

And so, heartfelt declarations aside, they'll love each other forever. Soulmates. Lobsters.

why we love emily & naomi :

Why do we love Emily and Naomi? It's pretty easy to see why: they're made for each other. They've loved each other since they were both twelve years old, and while the journey was never easy, they never gave up and they never stopped loving each other, no matter what. Naomi and Emily are unique in the world of Skins, because the hugeness of their love is just so profound. Every time they tried to break apart, they just came back together again, bound even tighter than before. Their love is unrivaled in the Skins universe; there is no other couple that can compare.

And that doesn't just apply to the Skins universe. There is no other lesbian couple in the history of television that has had a story and love as great as theirs -- they rank among one of the most epic love stories of all time in any world, ever. They have made people believe that there is someone out there for them, made them realize that being gay is not only normal and okay, but that gay couples are just like heterosexual couples. And gay couples and characters, just like in real life, can be happy. Emily and Naomi have given strength to countless people, encouraging them to be open and honest. To just be themselves. No other couple can make that sort of claim.

Emily and Naomi love each other, so we love them. They bring out the best in each other, and even if their romance hasn't always been lovely and sweet, they've always managed to endure the rough spots and come out as a stronger couple than before. Naomi gives Emily confidence and Emily lets Naomi be herself. They support each other, they are each others' shadows; it's easy to see why they're so in love. They're beautiful together, and that's why we love them.

whole time. They were bloody and bruised but saying I still love you. It's beautiful to know

I don't think I can deal with this. I'm definitely not watching pt 2 live. If you don't leave her recovering Jess I swear to god I fcking hate you for life.

I feel sick because now I am sh1tting myself. This could go either way. And it's not going to be easy regardless which way. At best she'll be sickly but on the road to recovery or worst she's left dying.

Does someone remember how the reviews were for 407 three years ago? I need something to lead on right now. Tomorrow better pass in a blink because I can't handle this uncertainty one day more.

Fingers crossed and many prays for BE putting some limits to Jess writing because death is UNACCEPTABLE. This can't be a chronicle of a death foretold. It frakkin can't and it's gratuitous torture for the viewers.

I don't think the mean the ending there, Buck. They mean the scenes can break your heart in general. Watching it will break our hearts no matter how it ends.

They didn't mention a word about Freddie dying.

That review confirms for me Naomi is alive when it ends. But what it doesn't reassure or conclude if it's as she's starting to recover or if she is left alive but to die off screen. It could be either one going by what they said. Though I don't know how touching and a beautifully judged ending for all concerned could include Naomi left definitely dying. That would just be cruel to viewers not touching. That would imply emotional yet good to watch. They better not leave her with dying or with basically no hope. Why would they bring Naomily back to do this? Fcking why?!!!!

And why the fck would LK agree to do this unless it's left with Naomi starting to recover? what kind of thanks is that to their fans and what kind of ending does that give Emily and Effy who will just face grief? How is that improving their future? It leaves all three characters in a sh1tty place with it due to get sh1ttier soon. That is not touching. It can't be. Touching would be left with hope and some positivity for all concerned. Othewise WTF was the point? just to break all our hearts when Naomily had their endgame and future in S4. They can't leave us with nothing. Plus who the fck would want to watch Pure and Rise after that kind of ending?

The adjectives used in the review doesn't make it look like the horror but still, reviews can be misleading.
Really why the hell didn't they make this episode all about Naomi and with Effy as a sidebar? If they let Naomi die the crap quality of the writing will speak volumes as they will be bringing back Emily who won't have any development on screen only to see her gf pass away and have a gloomy future. Talking about shtting on a character, Emily would be first in the line.

I'd be willing to go down to hell while watching Part 2 but they better grant me heaven in the end. I have not waited three years to face major dissapointment. And of course I'd curse forever the day in which Jess Brittain set foot on the Skins writer's room. Nepotism would be my favourite word from that moment onwards.

Trust me, if NE are fcked over, I'll wish the ratings drop tremendously for those episodes.

Ugh god I'm half back to believing she dies. Don't hate me, but that review did not sound good to me at all.

As much as that would please me, it doesn't even matter because Skins is done now anyway, they wouldn't care.

I am still convinced she doesn't die on screen. And rapid decline could mean her emotional state and not necessarily her physical. Cancer spreading could mean to both ovaries and she has to have it all removed and have chemo.

It is 50/50 on whether she'll die. The touching and beautifully judged ending part allows for it to be pulled back right near the end and for us to hear Naomi's cancer is clearing up. But she'll end still very sickly and Emily's and Effy's careers are probably fcked at this point. At least for now. But to have Naomi alive and each other would be enough, it would be touching.

Either we get a reprieve right near the end or we get left with Naomi dying off screen. I. F-U-C-K-I-N-G. HATE Jess, BE, Jamie, Lily and Kat right now. And I mean HATE them. Unless they give us that end reprieve then Skins are the most evil, vindictive, lesbianphobic piece of sh1t show going. You don't bring back the show OTP do kill one half. It's beyond pointless. Especially when they know how important they were to the viewers and to the LGBT community. It's all just nonsensical unless this is a test of fire for the characters and they survive it in the end.
