I can see a few more besides Betsy, but probably not too many more because Brooke would have her hands full with the kids and probably Kelso at times!

Yeah, having Kelso as a husband means she'll have an extra kid half the time.

I wonder if Kelso enjoyed growing up with all those siblings, or if he wished he'd been able to have more of his parents' undivided attention.

Also, we don't know much about Brooke's family at all -- except that her mom is no longer with her dad (whether through divorce or death, etc.)
