Al Pacino, Matthew McConaughey and Rene Russo are to star in a new drama, Two for the Money. The film, to be directed by DJ Caruso, stars McConaughey as an American football player who is forced to choose a new career when he injures his knee. Pacino then recruits him into the sports gambling business.

Writer-director Ferenc Toth was honoured with the best film-maker award at this weekend's Los Angeles Film Festival. Halle Berry presented Toth with the prize for his film Unknown Soldier. Elsewhere, the best documentary award went to Jonathan Caouette for Tarnation.

The black-and-white print campaign will be photographed by Jean-Baptiste Mondino to hit magazines in November, while the TV ads directed by "21 Grams" and "Amores Perros" helmer Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu will run later this fall.

McConaughey, a 34-year-old native Texan who still retains his lazy drawl, has appeared in "A Time To Kill," "Contact," "Amistad," "The Wedding Planner" and "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days." He next stars opposite Penelope Cruz in "Sahara," which will be released in 2005

I saw one of these ads on one of the weekly mags. WOW!

so gutted i read on sky news ent that penelope is definatley datin Matt. I wish them all the best but i still dont like her there's just something about her that really irritates me !
