 Sooooooooo glad you like the new look. I was really going for something different, but this came out. And I kinda liked it. Who knows, I'm sure I'll create something different in the next 10 - 20 threads.  And I'd LOVE a new set of moments. Especially getting S3 added in. We've had SO freaking much so far. ETA: Oh, I edited the reasons ... The Santa in the Slush is still listed as 3x10 on FOX's site, the last I saw. But if I'm screwed up, then I'll gladly go edit them to 3x09. __________________

Out on bail babe” Brennan: “You say that like it means something” Booth: “Well I talked to the officer in-charge and he said that Icepick wouldn’t say anything so they punished him by letting him out on bail: Brennan: “How is bail punishment?”  Booth: “Cause it make Gallagher think that Icepick co-operated with the cops” Brennan looks confused   Booth: “Ah it’s criminal psychology Bones, you wouldn’t get it just read waving his hand at the file keeping reading will ya?” Brennan reading the file “Half a million dollar bond, Kennedy jumped bail, and killed in a car accident while fleeing a bail-fugitive recovery agent” Booth: “Bounty hunter” Brennan: “Care burned the remains to ashes” Booth: “All they got was a severed leg, they didn’t actually get Icepicks body” Brennan: “So are we gunna talk to the bounty hunter?” Booth: “No I am, you’re gunna make sure that that severed leg actually belonged to Icepick” Brennan: “Someone kept the leg?” Booth: “The severed leg was frozen as evidence” Brennan: “So you think Icepick might still be alive?” Booth: “As a friend of mine likes to say don’t jump to conclusions till all the evidence is in” Brennan: “If the facts are in then its not jumping to conclusions”  Booth: “I didn’t say the friend was you, okay?”  (This ones cute, It kind looks like she's poking her tongue out at him ) __________________
