The 5th Kelly Covers Discussion Thread What other songs would you like KC to cover? This is a thread to discuss, gush, analyse, or relive Kelly's many "cover songs".  I always find covers more difficult to rate when I don't know the original  I am curious to see her take on friday's cover by Keane__________________

sometimes it can be hard when you really like the original song and you hear a cover, it doesn't always match up!
I like it, though the tone of the song strikes me as a little different in comparison to the orignal __________________

She's slowed it down. I think its even slower than the acoustic version of the song. But it does showcase her vocal ability quite well. Very hard for me to listen to & appreciate unfortunately
 I wanted to like it, but all I could hear was how different it was & it felt wrong for me__________________

gotta admit I'm not that well known with the other songs for this week
I know Ariana's song but I'm not a huge fan of it this does sound vaguely familiair.... Very old school feeling, Kelly sounds good! __________________
