Hey I got a question: Why isn't there a category for WORST film of the year? I mean, it seems that when a film like Gigli outdoes itself in everyway to look bad it should be awarded for that, no? [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] There were a lot of films that shouldn't have got the greenlight this year.

Another question: Do Canadian films count as "foreign"? Because they're listed under foreign at my video store, and I'm Canadian! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img] If not, I'm afraid I can't HONESTLY come up with three... unless I just go by what the reviews are saying. But that isn't exactly honest.

These films are all eligible for Best Foreign Language Film, as are any primarily non-English films which are Oscar-eligible.
