Callace, I don't ship Sarah and James to the extreme that Jaime does. I don't think anybody does.

But some episodes like Something Blue do have me wondering about those two in S4. No one got on your case when you asked about James and Juliet.

Really, don't take the JM and SMG tinhatting so seriously. We're just being a bunch of silly little gossipy fangirls. It's kind of a girl thing. Haha.

From a Buffy shooting scene report by a fan who witnessed a filming on location.

"Yes Sarah was there and I saw her. She had a windbreaker jacket on
and curlers and she just came to see the scene, hers was later. She
also shared a very warm moment with James. When he saw her he hugged
her and gave her a playful bite/kiss on the neck."

Aww. Isn't that a bit too cute not to *SQUEE* about? I don't see the harm in indulging in a little JM/SMG appreciation when the opportunity arises or the mood hits.

I have nothing against thinking the thought. Its fine to check out the theory of a relationship and see if theres anything in it. It get silly for me only when the searching of sources is done, and very little is found to support the ship, and one still keep insisting that its real.

the little indicators I have heard about is also VERY explainable in other ways.
1. lack of pictures. We already know that Sarah didnt hang out a lot with the rest of the cast at all, since she had a lot more work than most of them. She has also said that she doesnt like mixing business with personal life.

2. JMs jokes about it. Playing into our hands about it.

Which Hollywoodstar doesnt make subtle indications about a relationship with his costar? This humour has at least relieved me of my moral issues about this topic. as he clearly likes us talking about it, since encouraging it.

3. the brilliantly acted spuffyness. I have read enough interwiews to see them both talking about how awkward it was, and how the great chemistry that came on screen, was possible only because they were good enough friends to make a joke out of it.

If it was just their friendship we were talking about, I would be fully in on it. thats very real, and very beautiful. but talking about it romantically gets just too weird for me. It would be like shipping Buffy and Xander from the Spuffyseasons

Again chill out Callace. Seems you're more obsessed with proving that there wasn't something going on between them than there is anyone here wanting to prove that there was. I just posted that little scene report because I thought it was CUTE. Not that it proved anything. Geez. I don't know what the **** anyone has said here to get you all bent out of ship. I love Spuffy. That's why I'm here. But sometimes the JM/SMG thing comes up in coversations. Get used to it. I don't care if you have a problem with it. I say and do and think what I want.

FYI, yes they were close friends and did hang out a lot. In fact James is the one Sarah was probably closest to considering she said she'd miss him the most when the show was over out of the entire cast. Does that mean I think they were Twoo wuv 4 eva? No but they were friends.

Im sorry. As I said I love their friendship too. And your quote WAS cute. I guess its just reading too much old stuff from Jamie recently that has thrown me, and this was just a delayed rant. I apologise for taking it out on you.
