Yeah. Then Darla took her face right before Cordelia brought the knife down and she laid there dead. I still can't believe Conner didn't try harder to stop her. But I love Conner and he was WAY confused.

During the Angelus/Beast storyline, Angelus told Connor Darla dusted herself because she couldn't bear the thought of having the little kid around, and Connor seemed to believe him. If Darla came back, do you think she might have a few choice words for the FG for resurrecting Angelus?

I agree, it was awful the way he was raised and the way he was screwed up by evilCordelia. He was really lost and just gone by the end of it and that just makes me sad for him. Even though he now has a new family, I'm still sorry for him.

Thats right. We haven't had a Darla scene this season have we? Either in a flasback or as a 'ghost'. I hope we do too.

That's true, there has been no Darla this season. Every other season has had Darla in some form at some point. I hope JB can come back for this season, even in a small flashback or something.

I love that scene! With the music! Oh that was great! Its one of the rare scene where I actually like Cordelia, i was like "chop! chop! chop! [img]smilies/clap.gif[/img] " When he drags her in slow motion and then the big butcher knife...it's art! [img]smilies/lol.gif[/img]

As for Darla I looove Vamp Darla (Ats not Btvs) so evil, I wish she'd been a little more though...I didn't really enjoy the ghost coming back as an angel coz I hate fluffy things except for some little exceptions lol I'd've loved a meeting between Connor and vamp Darla...maybe he would've thrown her into the ocean too...lol

Darla was really one of my favorite character...and I think Julie Benz is a great actress and really make us feel her characters....so for me Darla was great with everyone, but with Connor, it was special and I wish we could have seen more.

I always loved the many sides of Darla on Angel (not Buffy) She was great at being evil and sadistic and great at being caring and loving. the seen where she stakes herself is probably one of my most favorite angel moments of all time.

ITA. Darla was great on Angel. Even when she was evil, she seemed to have more depth and heart then she did on Buffy.

I liked Darla on Buffy.

I think the most amazing moment ever, on Ats was when Darla staked herself... [img]smilies/eek.gif[/img]...I couldn't believe it.

I thought this was a new thread, wow it is pretty old. I don't think I can say much about Darla and Connor, since they never met. But never a big fan of Darla, her sacrifice was very touching.
