Is there a Blu Ray of the series? Preferably 4K Ultra HD?

No, only DVD with 480i SD.
 Even the digital options like Amazon only have SD, except for season 5 for some reason. Someone did a 1080p AI upscale from DVD and then also used Amazons 16x9 version of season one for a HD version. |

I have the DVD box sets which are 720x576 (standard DVD resolution). But they look so low res now. Season three onwards is 16:9. Though I think still 720x576.
