Once the Sith’s were defeated by the Jedi, I know that they hid, and that there were always only two Sith’s, a Master and an Apprentice, but once Sidious/Palaptine and Anakin/Vader rose to power and ruled the galaxy, were there more Sith’s then? Or were Sidious and Vader still the only two Sith’s?

There's a Dark Lady of the Sith, Lumiya
who is training Anakin's grandson, Jacen Solo in the Legacy of the Force book series. I think, and Jerry will know this for sure, that her character was created back when Marvel was publishing SW comics. There's more about her in the link. |
