I may end up not bothering with this film after all. What's the use of a Han Solo film in which the real Han doesn't show up? I've got better uses for my money.

If you lower your expectations, you might enjoy it.
I mean, it's not terrible, I thought it was well done, it just won't feel like it's *the* Han Solo, it will feel like it's about a new SW character we just met who is actually kinda cool.__________________

This movie is just passable for me. There’s nothing amazing about it. But at the same time there’s nothing really horrible I can say about it either.
It just exists. And I’m okay with that. I don’t love or hate it. __________________
