I don't really like kid characters in general, they are often a little too know it all or annoying as you say. But she was a cute girl, if nothing else

There are some very talentef child actors but often the writing is like, what you ever heard a kid talk? Just no. Lol.

It made sense that Leia was killed off in the last film since it's the end of the Skywalker story.

Very true, and I feel like with them only having the extra footage from previous films it was the only way to finish her story as well as close out the bigger saga. Bittersweet but at least we know she did everything she could out of love

Yes it was! Making her die completely off screen would have sucked. I think everyone would have hated that.

I know a lot of fans weren't happy with the creators when they killed off the 3 OG characters, I feel like if the creators actually explained at the start that they were going to end the Skywalker saga, fans might have been a bit more understanding
 I wish we had seen more fighter Leia, but I don't think she would have made a good Jedi tbh |

Yeah, it really wasn't a popular choice but in a way I do understand the creative decision behind it. Sometimes you have to let go of the past to move forward but it still really hurt.
She would have made an amazing Jedi fighter for sure. So badass and so strong! __________________
