I'd only rate Peter Cushing and Alec Guinness higher (for obvious reasons - their high caliber careers pre-Star Wars) but in terms of the movies, I'd rate Adam on par with Harrison Ford in terms of his commitment and charisma.

I'd rate the entire original trio above Adam, I don't think Alec Guiness is THAT amazing to be honest, even though I love him as Obi-Wan.
