It's pretty frosty here this morning. But no snow, thankfully.

Quick little update about our possible/eventual move; a couple that came to see our house on Saturday morning put in an offer on Monday and mum has accepted it. Only £20,000 under the asking price which we thought was very reasonable given the current market right now. It's still very early days and it could all still go wrong/lose the sale. The next stage is waiting to make sure sale goes through and it all gets signed and sealed, whilst mum and I will be looking at houses in our area and also where my sister lives (who is looking around a couple of houses for us whilst face timing). This could be one HECK of a busy year.

We found a house. WE FOUND A HOUSE. My sister went to see a show house for us through video call yesterday in a development not far from her and it's the exact same building that's in another development (same company) right next to where she lives. That is the one we have gone for. She showed us around the development and the area, and it's an easy 5-10 minute walk from her house. Perfect location and the house is ideal. The plot is now off the market and reserved for us. We've got the paperwork to go through and put the deposit down. Then there's the process of the sell of our house. As it's a new build and not quite completed yet, it won't be ready until April/May but our buyers are happy to wait until we are able to move. The only slight issue there could be is that as it's a new build not completed yet it's not a guarantee that it will be ready by April/May but that is the HOPE. We're keeping that this will be the case though.

Emotions are all over the place but I am incredibly excited.

As things hopefully get more concrete and closer to the move, I'll let you know when I might have to take time off here so I can concentrate on packing and stuff. Plus there will be a period of time where I won't have internet between moving and after moving in to the new place. I'll keep you all updated!
