Yeah, same. Same with Soul, too. That one definitely should have been released in the cinemas.

I really did almost think both boys wouldn’t get to see their father

guess what surprised me the most about this movie was that I wasn’t expecting to get as emotional as I did at the end

I also liked their mom as a character with how assertive she was with finding her boys

Oh yeah, I forgot about that. Wasn't Soul only released on Disney+? I'm just glad films are going back to theaters and not being delayed. So many 2020 films getting delayed sucked ass and I hope it never happens again lol. I don't think this movie made me cry, but it's understandable. Pixar (and Disney) can do that to you. I think Toy Story 3 is the Pixar film that made me cry the most. Damn you Pixar! lol.

when I initially saw them in theaters for the first time I cried watching Up, Toy Story 3, Inside Out, and Coco

I guess I cried the most at Toy Story 3 because I was literally still crying when I got back to the car to go home

Oh yeah, Coco always makes me cry when Miguel sings "Remember Me" to his grandmother. I know I'm in the minority, but Up never made me cry. Everyone talks about the first ten minutes, and it made me sad but I was never a crier on that movie. The ending of Wall-e gets me a little choked up when it looks like he died then lost his memory. Toy Story 3 made me cry the most though cause of the incinerator scene, then Andy going off to college, saying goodbye to his mother, then giving his toys to Bonnie, and playing with them one last time. It also made me the most emotional cause at the time they said it was the last movie, and I literally grew up with all three Toy Story films. So even though it was great closure for the films, I was sad to say goodbye to everyone. Then ironically I still feel Toy Story 4 was unnecessary, but oh well it's here lol.

mmm I watched Up for my birthday with my friends and my mom and I think I was the only one out of us who was crying and they were like are you okay?

but yeah I haven’t really cried again re-watching it since then

I only cried at the scene where Andy gives his toys to Bonnie, plays with her, and then leaves

honestly because leaving childhood behind affects me the most

I was 15 when it came out

the 4th movie - I watched maybe the first fourth of it and left cause I thought it was bad...

Yes, it was. Such a shame as it was definitely a film worthy of the big screen. Yes, I'm glad films are going back to cinemas now. Onward didn't make me cry either. It was emotional towards the end, but I didn't feel teary, which was unusual since most PIXAR movies make me cry. The ending of Toy Story 3 for sure. And Coco. Up gets me emotional for sure.
