I've always hated the idea of Beyonce voicing Nala. I watched the recent trailers and the one who's voicing Scar is weak and sounds nowhere near as menacing as Jeremy Irons as Scar. I'm still skipping this remake like the plague. The character animation looks so stiff and emotionless compared to the original. At least, with The Jungle Book remake, the animals had some expression and emotion to them.

glad to see another person who also likes Lady and the Tramp 2

I think both of those movies did a good job of portraying the original character’s kids and making them compelling/interesting characters

also I like both of the love songs in the sequels maybe even more than the ones in the originals

Bambi 2 is surprisingly good

yes, the songs were great too I find myself listening to "Always there" whenever I feel low, and "Not one of us" from TLK2 is a great one as well.
I have no problem with the music in the first one of course, it's pretty epic, but for Lady and the Tramp, I think the first movie was just done so long ago I could never really connect to the music of that era.

Why do you guys not like Beyoncé?
In some circles, the movie is referred to as "Beyonce's Lion King", implying that the only reason there is public interest in the movie is because she is involved in the production. Therefore, any success the movie gets is attributed to her. I believe these claims are debatable, but most of her followers are in this mindset and think she is a huge box office draw.
They even made altered gifsets to try to prove this narrative

I honestly don't have all that much respect for her at all, neither have I ever been a fan of her music. She's just wayyy too famous and overrated to be voicing/playing such a beloved character like Nala, let alone being in this remake at all. Just how I feel.
