Right, a third one would be fine, but we need time and to see how the second one does. I don't want a third one without a good story.

I saw Incredibles 2 today and it was great! I think I like it better than the first (but might have to think on it some more at the same time) It's definately worth the wait, Jack Jack was the best part about the movie and I also loved seeing Elastigirl out there on her own mission. The only negative about the film is the identity of the villian was extremely obvious and predictable but that's it. I want an Incredibles 3 even more now, I just don't want it to take so long (it's insulting it took them this long to make a sequel but they threw out three UNNEEDED Cars sequels in less time) I don't want to be dead at the end of the trilogy. Anyway, I really hope they make a sequel but after this film became the #1 animated film opening of all time, how could they not?

^ I see what you're saying there, about the Cars sequels coming out in less time. It doesn't make sense, especially when they were unneeded. But I guess making The Incredibles 2 took time because they wanted to make sure they came up with the best story, and I think Brad Bird wanted it to only happen when it was the right time. So in the meantime, Pixar put out those Cars sequels to help keep their movie releases relatively frequent. Hopefully, they won't take as long for a third Incredibles movie, that's if they do make one. It will still take time. Patience!

i thought the villain was predictable in the first one as well.

i hope they do make a 3rd one , just dont want 14 yrs for that to happen. a 2-3 yrs is fine. but no more than that please.
