It is very time consuming, but it is what you make it. There are always those teachers that show up the day before and throw stuff together. I just can't handle that.

I'm way too much of a control freak to just throw things together. It's more stress, but at least things are done right. lol.

So, my company had a book launch party tonight and tons of athletes were there. I... am not a sports girl, so it was kind of over my head. I almost asked Billy Cannon for his name and my co-worker Andrew was like, IT'S BILLY CANNON, LINDSEY. GOD. haha.

It was a fun night, though. I have a total crush on Eddie Kennison now. He was super nice and really charming. Totally got a picture with him. Ahem. lol.

Um, I love sports. and I have no idea who either of those people are.

I don't know much about the past big name players.

Yeah, most were older, big name players and couches. I now know that Billy Cannon was the only LSU alumni to win the Heisman. And Eddie Kennison played for several NFL teams but was with the Kansas City Chiefs the longest.

Em, they we SO good & so easy! They really tasted like muffins (not cupcakes) which I always appreciate in a muffin recipe. Highly recommend!

I had the worst allergies of my life yesterday, thankfully today was better.
