At the time I was really upset it was Sick Boy over Ewan/Renton in the dream. I was questioning why it was Sick Boy I dreamt about.

I would've jumped out the window if it was Rumpelstiltskin or Spud in my bed. Actually, no, I'd throw them out the window. Why should I be the one harmed in my dream?

And then my dream state would replace them with Ewan, Cillian and Colin. Now that's more like it.
