I watched that A&E documentary on the 4 guys considering priesthood, btw. Surprised?

They showed 2 episodes Sunday, and two yesterday. The 5th (and final one) is Sunday night. AAAAAAHHH! They're making me wait a whole week to find out their decisions!

It's quite an informative documentary. I lost track of how many times I rolled my eyes.

there's this priest who teaches at my college and he keeps telling the students that if he knew Deacons (sp?) could get married, he would've became a deacon so he could still get ass

It's just the way they talk and express their faith is so silly to me. One guy decided not to become a priest in the 3rd episode already.

He reminded me of Kerr Smith (gay character on Dawson's Creek), but as soon as he spoke, I gasped. He had the most feminine voice ever. I wondered if his balls had dropped yet. Maybe once he loses his virginity he'll talk like a man.

A&E is repeating all 4 episodes all week long, so my bro might watch them. He saw most of one episode with me, and found it interesting. He said he could totally be a priest, but it would be so boring faking faith after a few years.

Yes, he could. He hasn't had one yet, and is in no hurry to get one. I think our parents have traumatized us from having significant others, so we should just become a priest and nun.

Two of the guys, one 21 and that one that talks like a girl, 23, said they are virgins. The 21-year-old is the only semi attractive one, too. He reminds me a little bit of John Corbett from My Big Fat Greek Wedding. There's a 25-year-old that I swear is in the closet. I just had to see his picture before the documentary started and could tell, and it only confirmed my suspicions when I saw him in action.

The 4th guy is some ugly goober that is 28 and has been in seminary since he was 18.

He's no hot hick like Zip, so I doubt he's ever gotten much, if any, action. It's funny, though, because his main thing stopping him from priesthood is the celibacy thing.

It's hard to imagine a 21 year old guy being a virgin. I guess if they're not attractive it's a little bit more believable.

wow that guy has been in the seminary for 10 years and hasn't taken his vows. He better get a move on.

too bad the priest you know isn't on the show.

Mike and Dan admit their virginity, at ages 21 and 24. Joe is 28, but I doubt he's had any considering he said that he hasn't gone out on dates while in seminary, so unless he lost it before 18, then no. Not too sure about Steve, though.

The only thing stopping him was the celibacy thing, but looking at him and the way he interacts with females, it's obvious he's never been with a chick. His mom was so pushy, wanting him to become a priest. I thought she was going to die when he finally decided not to, but she seemed relieved that he had finally made a choice. His dad seemed more upset, though, but understood. Joe's parents were going to be a priest and nun, but met and had 8 kids, so they knew what he was going through. You'd think they wouldn't try to force one of their sons into priesthood given their past. But, whatever. Freaks. They are all your kind of town-folk people.
