It's like the other dogs. He just might be genetically predisposed to it being the inbred runt of his litter. Poor baby. Fortunately, it is totally treatable. So long as he gets insulin shots, he should be fine. I picked up the meds today and tomorrow I go to the vet to learn how to administer insulin.
