I think they still spend time together. They did have that whole lunch where Jude signed Ewan's name and Ewan signed Jude's name. Maybe they're not spending the same amount of time they once did early in their careers and before they had families and really busy work scheduales, but they prob call each other. And once Jude marries Sienna I bet Ewan will go to the wedding.
