I picture Ewan & Jude to laugh at a petition like that rather than be uncomfortable. Both of them don't strike me as uptight.

I remember the last time Ewan was on Leno, Jay mentioned that he and Jude just didn't seem like they'd be roommates and good friends. He basically expressed that he thought Jude was some posh English guy and Ewan was a scruffy Scottish lad and they'd just never get along. I only watch Jay when Ewan is on. I like when he does Jay Walking and when he has Ross the intern talk to celebs, but besides that I find him boring. I don't think Ewan & Jude are different at all. I actually think both of them have the same naughty sense of humor and can picture them as friends.

I watch Leno quite a bit. I just can't stand Letterman, he seems like a total jerk. I've heard he is in real life, and that Leno really is a nice guy. I love when Ewan's on Leno, though, it's always great.

I suddenly had a vision of Ewan and Jude in a musical. I heard "Tu a Va Americano" from Talented Mr. Ripley again, and in my mind, I replaced Matt Damon with Ewan McGregor. [img]smilies/biggrin.gif[/img]

...which didn't bode well for me when I did the same thing for the scene with the two of them in the bathtub...

The Talented Mr. Ripley is a good movie and Matt did an amazing job. I actually rooted for him throughout. But the fact that I want Ewan & Jude to be in a movie together makes me wish Ewan was Tom Ripley. Ewan would've done an amazing job too. But I wouldn't want to see him bash Jude's face in.

Rach - I love Conan (as you can tell from my av [img]smilies/smile.gif[/img]) My mom watches Letterman & I sometimes watch. There are skits he does like Will It Float & when he edits speeches together to say something funny that I like.

I loooove Conan. I like Letterman's show, it's quirky like Conan's, but I can't stand Letterman himself. He is soo irritating.

People are always surprised when I say Jude and Ewan are friends. They either say "Who are they?" or "Really?? I don't beleive it! What a hot apartment!"

I can't understand either. I mean, from a logical standpoint I see why someone wouldn't know who one of them is, but what I mean is that, in a fair world, everyone SHOULD know who they are because they're both phenomenal actors. Instead, people are obsessed with mediocrity.
