It took me a while to finish LC too but mostly because as much as I was enjoying the characters, the storyline wasn't catching my attention

I generally like Luke Cage. I just didn't like the villain in the latter half of S1 and thought Cottonmouth was the superior villain but they had to kill him off. At least Mariah is still around.
