Someone on YouTube believes that "This changes" and "Everything" are from two different scenes and if you watch it, you notice that we only see her say "Everything." If that's true, it's possible that she's actually saying "You lied to me about everything" in that scene.

And is his full name Kalem (sp?) Mon-El? Unless "Kalem" is a title.

To me it sounds like "Heil Hitler"...I think it's a royal "hello" thing, like "long life to...", because when she says that the guards kneel down.

And I want to see Kara's face in that moment so bad.
