Guess we now know why she wasnt on the season 3 release though.

It does suck though, and the selfish part of me is thinking she has a huge lesbian following now, that stays with you forever, unless you mess it up [naya Rivera, for example] she could literally do any poor film, and we'll go watch it. [adc, and friend request, for example] so I feel if she stayed on, she'd have that.

But I've been so impressed with her acting, I'll follow her anywhere. She's in my books, just under Sarah shahi.

I'm actually OK with her being in fewer episodes if she gets more screen time when she's actually there, and they utilize her better and allow her amazing acting to shine through.

Put Maggie into the actual stories: being a cop, being a badass, interacting with Alex on the job, and then sprinkle in some nice romantic scenes every few episodes, and it would still work well.

So they went the route of marriage without even knowing if Floriana was staying next year. Sounds like a CW thing to do.

Well this being TV, let alone the CW the odds that they'd actually make it to the altar were only at 25% anyway, especially as it was an early and impulsive proposal. But even if they do get married it doesn't mean doom and gloom because she's only recurring (see Lyla on Arrow) and quite frankly it doesn't mean they'd be happy just because she was a regular.

Does anybody know whether Flo has already picked up any concrete role that she would do during season 3? Or ist this a more general thing, she just wants to be open to be looking for other jobs rather than she has already picked up a job?

She has already taken another role on an unnamed show, and will be dividing her time between it and Supergirl.
