What is pre-Cana and Lent? I mean what religion do you practice, just curious.

She mentioned that she's Catholic. :) Pre Cana is couples counselling prior to getting married.

I'm also catholic and never heard something like that exists nor ever heard of anyone who did that, at least not in germany where I live. But maybe catholics elsewhere have other rituals.

I hadn't heard it called Pre Cana before. In Canada couples counselling prior to marriage is fairly common.

Anyway, you know what I realized recently? My mom is a lot like Lwaxana Troi. All my mom has ever wanted is for me to be engaged already. I am now and it's not like I didn't want to be engaged, it's just the circumstances were never right.
Lwaxana, all she wanted was for Deanna to get married already.
