It's nice to keep up with an author you enjoy

That is true. Especially when some of the ones I like so well are getting up there in age and having lots of health issues. I still read a lot of young adult novels because they are by authors I like: Caroline B. Cooney, Lois Duncan, R.L. Stine, Christopher Pike, Diane Hoh, and L.J. Smith.

hmm ... can't say I've read any of their books. I've been reading a variety of authors lately, and am eagerly anticipating something new from Diana Gabaldon or Jim Butcher

I am still going through the books I bought at the library's book sale at the beginning of June.

oh, it's always nice to stock up when there's a sale.

I haven't come across any Trek references in books recently.
