Chris...it's not serious illness....or condition. There are some Dr. who work with the patient and there are some Dr. who are authortities and won't take NO for an answer and they get mad at a patients who may tell them no for minor treatments. My view is this: " A person lives or dies by his/her sword" or you can say A Captain lives or dies by his Ship. This wise people means... whatever important decisions you make or don't make...you have to live with the consequences. I really don't want to have to switch Doctors. I can say this in public too if it was fatal...i'm on borrowed time anyway.... I've been hit by a car 3 times - and many more close calls according to some people like my family during my younger reckless days. so if I only had 3 years to live... I'm at peace with that... |

Dave - it's very important to feel comfortable with and trust your doctor, and that the doctor should respect you. If you don't feel that way, it's probably worth the inconvenience of switching. Sounds like you've had an awful lot of close calls in your life.
 I know hubby was a bit reckless as a teen, and that seems to be typical of young men.Looking at what I have in the house, I think I can hold off a couple of more days before doing a full grocery shop. __________________

Chris.... I've seen people over 50...past neighbors and some random too through the years .... jay-walk busy streets...I get scared for them because they are not as fast as me and are in more danger.

Yea jay-walking can be dangerous

People are terrible for jay walking here, especially in the summer. The main street is shut down Saturday nights for a pipe band parade, and some of the tourists seem to think that it's always pedestrians have the right of way.

the blood clinic gets lots of traffic certain days... patients have to register their visit each and every time they go there; even if a patient goes there once a week ...and the registration person said...he was surprised with all the traffic on a Thursday morning

Went home extremely early today, it was offered and I took it since my boss was annoying me today... really starting to think I should just wear my headphones to try and block him out when I'm working... better for my own sanity.
