Amazon, bought a new top from Northern Reflections, Kobo, made a donation to Red Cross and topped up the cell phone. So I've used it a bit in the past month, but all companies I would have thought reputable. The transaction is still showing as pending. I'll keep checking on it.

oh no Chris...I wish your Bing Rewards Search had Amazon gift cards as rewards...well, I hope that transaction gets cancelled and the theif never gets that stuff.... also, did you get an email from Amazon showing Transaction purchase before you found that someone stole your card numbers
