Tracey / Chris...it's been mostly a wet and icy winter here

Johnnie... I'll be taking a small nap today...got up at 5

Sarah....don't forget to journal your sleep hours .... if you do it everyday first thing in the morning...it takes 30 seconds to write it down

Dave Probably just keep track of the nights don’t sleep well hope also to get some sleep in a few hours this morning. Tried for an hour earlier but just tossed and turned

ETA just tried again but seems my anxiety is acting up, so gonna have something to eat and take my daily med than see about trying again in a little

Johnnie - those shirts sound like something nobody will want to wear

Sarah - by keeping a record of your sleep every night, it will help show if there's an overall pattern. You could also make note if you were feeling anxious or worried about something.

Dave - overall we haven't got as much snow as we normally do this winter, but it still seems to drag on.

My son has a routine appointment in the city tomorrow with his rheumatologist. So of course it's supposed to be stormy tomorrow. We'll probably go down late this afternoon.

Guess I should start doing that try soon to keep a sleep diary

No idea why my anxious is acting up currently it’s usually how it works, generally not a reason for it

Should start keeping a log considering seeing a psychologist in a month

Waiting to hear if David can get off work early today. Then we might be able to visit my father-in-law this evening rather than tomorrow after the appointment.

Just took one of my sleep meds which hopefully helps the anxiety AND allows me to nap cause was told taking 1 can be used towards anxiety

ETA well it worked for the anxiety, now time to see if can nap

Chris...I am glad things worked out for you

Sarah...the Disney Plus movie with the 5th grader/ cgi imaginary polar bear isn't that great...it's kind of sad actually. A kid who suffers from ADD/ social disorders gets in trouble over his imaginary causes for things happening around him and his Detective agency. The polar bear doesn't save the movie at all
