So they didn't show up this morning, and they rescheduled for when I was off work for a 7:30 pm appointment, on some kind of priority queue of some kind, then apparently I come home to a message automated on my machine about my appointment for a technician between 12 pm and 5 pm tomorrow morning... WELL... let me tell you... I looked into Rogers ISP pretty quick, and decided I'm going to go with them, they should be here Sunday between 11 am and 2 pm to hook up my internet, then I will call pretty much immediately after that and cancel my internet with Aliant. Poor customer support the main reason... I can get internet 10x faster download, and more than 10x faster upload and costs me about the same price... and they come in and hook it up with the wireless modem and make sure it goes ONLINE, imagine that.

Yeah, only thing that sucks IMO is paying the installation and activation fee. It sucks that I'm not gonna be with my ISP anymore when I've been with them for quite awhile.
