Honestly, I didn't. As far as I remember, his relationship with Jadzia developed rather quickly, and they never really showed him developing friendships with the other crew. On TNG we seen him working and socializing with Data and Geordie. We never really got that dynamic on DS9. What do you think?

 I feel the same way. Guess there were a few Klingon themed episodes where we seen more of him. Overall though, he seemed to be a background character on DS9.__________________
