Chris was recently snapped at a restaurant eating oysters by himself:

lucky for the couple that he was sitting behind them otherwise they probably wouldn't have noticed him

I just watched ep 5 of 'I am the Night' and it was great, definitely the best ep so far! So much has happened in this episode and there were some unexpected twists and turns, can't wait for the finale next week I can't believe it's already been over a month since the series was released, time really flies, it just feels like yesterday that ep 1 came out.

I have to admit that I quit watching. Glad that you're enjoying it.

that's disappointing, when did you stop watching? I'll admit that the series is slow-paced especially the first few episodes, so you really need to have a lot of patience in order to watch a series like this and invest in the story. But the series has been getting better and the pacing has been improving in the last few episodes, especially the last 2 episodes have been fantastic and ep 5 is the best ep so far IMO. I definitely recommend you give it another chance, the last few eps are worth watching, just watching Chris' incredible acting skills alone is worth watching!

As you mentioned, I found it slow paced and rather dark, It just didn't keep my interest. Maybe I'll try the most recent episode.

that's the problem with shows like this, it starts out very slow-paced, it takes a while for the story to gradually pick up speed, and the pacing in the last few episodes have improved, I definitely recommend you watch eps 4 & 5 because a lot has happened in those eps and then the finale next week to see how the story would end.

Anyway in ep 5 Jay and Fauna went to Hawaii to look for Fauna's mother and they actually filmed the ep in Hawaii, here's some pics of Chris with some Hawaiian natives on the set:
