I really loved the way it was from her point of view, it enhanced the story-telling for me. Part of the story is clearly trying to workout what exactly going on.
I think she shouldn't have broken into the secret room though, although no one seemed to care about that. __________________

Lorca seems the type to be ok with some modicum amount of shady behavior. The fact that he knew, and didn't penalize Michael for breaking into that secret lab seems to mean he has some secrets he hasn't told his crew.
