Was an ok eppy

- USS Janeway
- Interesting that the Q continuum haven't been in contact with anyone in over 600 years
- So Stamets has a rival of sorts
- So glad to see Reno back
- Wasn't that interested in the Michael/Book storyline...can we have other storylines for Burnham other than Book..
- Really good Hugh/Paul scenes in this eppy, glad that Hugh realises that he is taking too much on
- Nice scene with Reno and Saru about missing Tily..
- So someone has made that weapon

- USS Janeway! :cool
- Nice to see Reno back
- mention of the Q Continuum
- Stamets isn't very enthusiastic about working with a new person. Nice scene of him sharing his reservations and distrust of Ruon with Hugh
- @ Ruan commenting on Saru's feet.
- Paul grudgingly comes to accept that Ruan knows what he's doing
- good that Hugh sought out counselling himself. Kovach was rather brutal. Nice to have the mention of the Emperor.
- the prisoners demanding their freedom before agreeing to be rescued? It didn't seem realistic that Burnham would spend trying to convince them
- Reno: Just picture Tilly's face when she finds out we get suck into a wormhole 3 days after she left
- Ruon growling at Saru, then Saru growling back
- Ruan trying to reassure the others that he's not going to blow them up You may not like me, but I love me
- Reno: Go slow. The more you feed the monster, the more you need the cage - Ruon calling Reno the grumpy lady
- while I didn't like the planet leader, I also didn't think Michael reminding him that he's now a refugee with no people to lead very professional
-nice scene between Hugh and Paul sharing about their days
- cool family tree image in the orb
- what did Ruon rub at the back of his neck at the end of the episode?

Tracey - agree about wanting to see Michael interact with somebody besides Book. Not even sure how she justified taking him over a qualified crew member to the planet.

So I guess Tilly is no longer a regular on the show?

I wonder if Ruan had been somehow involved with the emerald chain or been a prisoner or something.

For me the ep was okay. Not bad, but not good either.

Supposedly Mary Wiseman is still a regular
Quote:
Frankly, it feels like a goodbye episode — both for Tilly, and Wiseman. But as a representative for Paramount+ confirmed to Decider, Wiseman will continue as a series regular in Season 4, so that long, lingering goodbye at the end of the episode is a little more of a “see you later.”

Loved this episode.

It was nice seeing a vulcan ship shortly with the iconic ring around it like in ENT.

Nice the mention of the Qs and the iconian empire.

So far I think this new season is the best one yet, I enjoy it more than the last three seasons.

I think that's open to debate in a way, I mean they could have had contact and it not reported, but interesting that they've been apparently keeping to themselves.

Can't they time travel to where they want? Maybe they're just not interested in that period.
