I'm reaching all the episodes that have SC. They have come a long way. 4x16 has to be one of my favorites. Stefan's reaction to Elena dropping Caroline. Their scenes at the party. Caroline being surprised Stefan picked her to dance.

Please can I be added?

Stefan and Caroline's friendship is the only thing I find bearable on the show this season. I adore her relationship with Tyler, but the writers have currently screwed them over

I think it speaks volumes that Caroline is the only person who (amnesiac) Stefan can trust anymore. His brother and his true love have betrayed him, but Caroline has stood by him no matter what.

I think it was because Caroline was genuine. She wanted Stefan to remember who he was. Even though Stefan doesn't have his memories, he can read people. He has always been able to read Caroline. at the fact that he couldn't remember their friendship but still wanted to be there for her. Just like she has been there for him.

^I agree. In season 3 I wanted romance but now I just don't see it working. It will just end with Caroline getting hurt.

But their scenes have always been great so bring them on
