And Nate might as well be a piece of furniture right now with how much development his character is getting. I knew I should have stuck with just watching DB -the only thing I currently enjoy about the show- rather than whole thing.

They can never ruin it for us because they can't take back the scenes we did get

As long as the show is still running, I still have hope

I'm just not watching it until we have NS scenes

And exactly - they can't take away the moments we've already seen and that made us love them in the first place.
I just kinda wish they would at least acknowledge that there was more than a string of random sex there. I hate when the writers feel compelled to ignore/tear down one couple and what they've shared, so that the one they are going for atm would look better. It is not even needed, every couple has its appeal that their shippers see and no one needs bringing down the opposite side to make the feeling stronger.
I'm still holding on to the hope too, though every time I actually do watch an episode I get disheartened. But then I see some gift and I'm back to the happy place

There is just something so positive and optimistic about these two.

I wish that Serena would at least act like she remembers everything she's said to Nate. The stuff about promising not to take him for granted and that she wants him to be the one who she can bring the good and the bad to

I don't like how she said it but doesn't take action to make those words true
