Kay - That is exactly what I was thinking. They could have found so many other things but that's what they find.

Right? It's things like that make me wonder if it was extreme dumb luck on the tptb's part that it even happened or if they deliberately put that awesome symbolism there just for it to amount to nothing in the end. Either way both options point to their idiocy.

That's me too. I'm torn between they really lucked out and but this seems like something they intentionally did. So true. Either way it shows how right we are in our opinions of them.

Not that I disagree with you but what makes you say that? Sometimes I think that's the case but then you have to be a huge idiot not to realize the symbolism there. Plus I could also make an extensive list of things on that show that seemed to be leading to something big and end up going absolutely nowhere.

Because I didn't really think they were smart enough to put that symbolism in

A part of me says it was dumb luck but I do agree that some things feel and seem like they were there for a reason. But whatever the case we will never make sense of it one way or the other.

I get you guys but I guess it just boggles my mind that anyone who tells stories could be that dense to not see the extremely obvious symbolism right in front of them. I can't comprehend it. Plus the show seems to love symbolism that doesn't go anywhere or mean anything so it's got me thinking it's gotta be on purpose. It's all part of the empty spectacle. I don't know. I guess I'm just overthinking something when it's pointless since it's obvious the writers put no thought into it.

Anyways, that could be a title. Maybe like, They go together like peanut butter and jelly. Or something like that.

I think about them focusing on that gun and then nothing coming from it. So then I think maybe they really are just clueless and lucked into it. But yeah overall I don't know know if they lucked into it or if they actually did things on purpose. Maybe it was a mixture of them.

They would be a great title.
