LOL, me neither, I just realized that now as well
 I can't believe Wilson didn't know about this, man, I mean, House didn't know ok, he was away for so long, he's in love, loving eyes can't see the signs (that she's been kind of distant), but Wilson was there with her everyday, how could he not suspect anything? You know, now that I think about it, she really isn't that happy with Lucas at all, I mean, that would show, at least for people who are close to her like Wilson, if he couldn't even notice any change in her (Wilson of all people, he's their personal therapits, always notices every little thing) that's gotta mean something. To me, at least, it does __________________

I'm not sure how Wilson doesn't know yet either, I wonder how they'll explain that. But as you say, surely if she was truly happy and content with Lucas, Wilson (who is pretty unbiased) would notice a change in her. When you're truly happy and in love something in you changes, I don't know how to explain it, but it would be almost impossible to hide and would certainly be noticeable to those who know you. But of course that all fits with my certainty that she's just settling and Lucas is what she needs right now, even though he's not what she wants. She'll realise it in time, you can only fool your heart and hide your real feelings for so long before it starts eating you up, we all know who she truly wants.

I meant unbiased in the sense that he isn't blinded by romantic feelings for Cuddy and so would be more likely to notice any changes in her demeanor.
But shipping wise there is no doubt that Wilson will be as gutted as the rest of us, he's their biggest cheerleader. |

Ahhhhh I see
She's SO sad in that sneak peek  The saddest thing is not just what she says, but to think that she might actually believe what she's saying, I mean, she loves him, but I think she really thinks she can't count on him, and it hurts her to feel like that and know it's true Of course us outsiders might say "no it's not true, look, he's changed so much", but this change is still so recent that it's definitely not enough to erase all those years where she really couldn't count on him. Besides, there's Rachel. We know he's so in love with her, but we never got to know how he truly feels about her being a mother. For all she knows so far, all he's ever done since she adopted was try to make her feel like she couldn't handle it (almost succeding at one point), he wasn't supportive at all, he was constantly demonstrating to be against it, like she was just looking for a way not to be alone by having a child and that that was wrong - whether people agree or disagree with her decision to adopt, my point is, he never expressed any positive feelings regarding Rachel, not until now at least. She might think he doesn't even like the baby or resents it, with every reason to think so. And how do you start a relationship like this? He really has to be THE man for her now, you know, he has to show her that he's ready not only to be with her, but to be with her AND her child. He's gonna have to be a DAD, LOL, awesome __________________

He's going to have his work majorly cut out to prove that he's a man both she AND her child can rely on, because she much as she loves him and as much as he seems to have changed, right now he isn't that guy and I can completely understand where she's coming from. I think finding out about Lucas will set him back for a time, but I'm confident that eventually he'll get to that place, no matter how long it takes. He hasn't come this far and taken the huge step of verbally confessing that he loves her to quit now, I have faith in him even if it takes a while for me to be proven right.

I think this Lucas thing will actually be good for this change in him to be tested, you know? It's easy when you think the other person is there for you whenever you want her, but the real challenge is to still be that mature and honest and show this new side of him to her regardless the chance of being with her
That's when we'll know he's truly changed  __________________

I don't think he'll ever completely change, a teeny bit of the old him just may creep back in for a short while. But ultimately he WANTS to be better and be that guy for her, so I believe he'll come through eventually.

Nobody ever changes completely, he hasn't and we can see that in the way he still checks her out all the time, makes smart remarks when he has the chance, not just to her but to everyone, he still doesn't follow the rules, etc etc etc, there are several things in him that won't change
 He's managed to keep his friendship with Wilson and Cuddy for so many years, which means he's able to keep that kind of connection with people they mean a lot to him. His romantic skills is what he has to work on now __________________
