Where is Karen saying those? And I guess we're suppose to believe her character is.

I always just thought maybe he and Rose had grown apart and during that time that Rose was traveling with the Doctor they grew close waiting for her or something.

Because they were running out of time and apparently that wasn't important.

She said it in one of the adverts for the new season on BBCA. I don't think Amy is any of those things.... at all.

I know they grew close but honestly... didn't Mickey have any other friends? In the real world or Pete's World? It just seems odd to me.

He had Jake. And I have no idea if he had friends in the real world to be honest.

Oh... yeah I don't think Amy is either.

You think I might? I see people shipping them so fast. I mean I didn't even really ship DR until S2, and they've only had 2 episodes and people are jumping all over it.

Oh I'm believing that too. I'm sure Martha was on the rebound from Tom as well.

Well I just know you really like ships. I don't think you will but then again I can't tell sometimes with people. But yes it's been two episodes and people are like "OMGz OTP guyz!" I don't get it. It's got to be because they're both new and young.

Yeah that is true But (contrary to my Btvs ships) I usually don't multi-ship, I like the Doctor with Rose, chances are I won't like the Doctor with Amy, even he's a different Doctor. I'll have to see.

I multiship depending on who it is. I just don't like the idea of 11/Amy, not because of D/R, because of Amy. She's getting married.

I don't multiship normally but on occasion I do. And I know that the Doctor is old and will move on from Rose and I do like that this is a completely new Doctor and writers and show really so it should be easier for me to accept but not with Amy. I just don't get their connection. I don't think she's special or interesting.
